That is a problem with 120 volt welders. 1) see can change the welder to 240 volt some Lincoln welder can be changed. 2) I fix by buying a 240 volt welder. 3) cheat use a 30 amp breaker some will use the dryer breaker in the garage. You need to blow out your cable liner, while your doing this make sure your contact tip is clean and unobstructed.
